We only offer a 7-days return policy for damage jewelry. Which means you have 7-days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, Items must be in their original condition, unused or unworn, and in original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

We do not cover the shipping costs for returns.

We are not responsible for lost returns sent without tracking.

Non-returnable items

Unfortunately we can not accept returns on; Earrings due to health and safety reasons. Sale or clearance items. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
